As a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychology (particularly in the field of autism/ADHD), I've been doing neuropsychological & psychological assessments for around 30 years.

I founded Paani as a first-generation Pakistani American with a deep love for South Asian culture and community. Growing up between worlds (& with parents who were immigrants), I witnessed the unique challenges our families face in navigating immigration, identity, and access to care.

 

My work is rooted in honoring those experiences while providing culturally sensitive psychological evaluations. Paani reflects both my passion for neurodiversity and my commitment to creating a space where our stories are seen with dignity, compassion, and respect. I hope to expand Paani into a nationwide practice with a team of psychologists offering evaluations in multiple languages and with lived experience that reflects the entirety of the South Asian diaspora.
