U-Visa​

Immigration evaluations for the U-Visa are offered for a set fee of $1100 and include the following:
* Thorough review of your records including any police or hospital/medical records):
* Combined Intake/Testing session with a detailed background history combined with a number of psychological instruments to assess your current symptoms 

 * Feedback session for discussion of your results and recommendations

 * Report sent to you within a week of the feedback​​​​​​​​

N-648: Medical Certification for Disability Exception

Immigration evaluations for the N-648 (Medical Certification for Disability Exception) are offered for $1200 ($700 for the evaluation and then $500 to complete the form/addendum if you meet criteria - please note that Exception is not guaranteed and the N-648 form will not be completed if your don't qualify which is why the payment is split into two parts).

If you request testing for the N-648, you will be sent a screener first to ensure testing is recommended.

The evaluation includes a thorough review of your records, such as any prior psychological reports/ educational/medical records/prior immigration forms:
*  Initial Intake session with a detailed background history/records review

* Testing session with a number of psychological instruments to assess cognitive/neuropsychological functioning (these sessions can be combined into one session, if needed)

 * Feedback session for discussion of your results and recommendations

 * Completed form/addendum sent to you within a week after the feedback (if criteria is met for Exception)
