General Details on Our Services

At Paani, we value transparency and honesty. We are very clear about exactly what is included in each evaluation and prices are listed on the website so you are not forced to ask. Here is some more general information on how we work.

Once you reach out, someone will contact you to schedule either a clarity call (if you're not sure what you want) or the first session. For immigration, we usually only meet once or twice so testing is done in the first session. For the neurodiversity evaluations, we often meet three times. For more information, click the links above.

Please note that payment is due 24 hours before the intake and 48 hours before the testing. Also, a diagnosis is not guaranteed.

Telehealth sessions are conducted online via Zoom, which is a secure HIPAA compliant platform. Please ensure a reliable internet connection and a quiet area in which to connect (coffee shops are not appropriate). Headphones/earbuds are helpful if you wish to tune out outside noise. Please contact us if you have any questions/concerns about using this platform.

Due to licensure rules, psychologists are only allowed to practice if they have permission in the state in which the client is located at time of contact. We can currently complete telehealth assessments for clients located in CA, GA, NM, and all of the PSYPACT states (currently: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI & WY but please see https://psypact.org/page/psypactmap for updated information as new states are being added constantly). We can also do assessments in some other countries - please email to inquire.
